Beginners Guide To Ballet (Mondays)

The Beginner's Guide to Ballet Workshop is designed for total adult novices or those with minimal ballet training looking to return to ballet after a break. The course covers all fundamental aspects of ballet, including terminology, body placement, positions, and musicality. This course offers a chance to exercise both the body and mind, while learning the art of classical ballet.

This course will be held MONDAYS 6:00pm-7:00pm:

• May 13 6:00pm-7:00pm
• May 20 6:00pm-7:00pm
• May 27 6:00pm-7:00pm
• June 3 6:00pm-7:00pm
• June 10 6:00pm-7:00pm

The workshop will be held MONDAY afternoon 6PM - 7PM starting May 6th. The workshop lasts for 6 classes, each 1 hour in length, held at the same location, with the same instructor and fellow students. The course concludes with students having gained the skills to complete a basic ballet barre and simple center work. There is no makeup class available for any day that is missed during the series, and it is discouraged to miss any date. Ballet attire or comfortable, movable clothing and ballet shoes are required in the studio.
